Responsibilities
- Safely move, sort, and package customer orders using industry-leading technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, scanners, and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and contribute to cycle count processes
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
