Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated storage facilities using provided specialized equipment
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems with company-provided PPE
- Inspect and document storage conditions using digital monitoring tools provided
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive goods with hydraulic equipment
- Adhere to HACCP safety standards using provided protective gear
- Perform inventory counts using company-issued digital scanners
- Report equipment malfunctions through provided maintenance tracking system
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Experience with refrigerated environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training available)
- Stable work history with verifiable references
- Ability to work in 4°C (40°F) environments for extended periods
