Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently using powered industrial equipment and manual handling techniques.
- Pack items for shipment, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled according to Amazon's high standards.
- Sort and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to track inventory and process orders accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and maintain high productivity levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
- Legal Status: Ability to provide valid documentation for employment eligibility in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly, stand/walk for long periods, and perform various physical tasks on the warehouse floor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Basic English reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
