Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Perform basic warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (We provide training for qualified candidates).
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
