Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Optimize warehouse workflow by organizing stock and optimizing storage space
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and Amazon's quality guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
