Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks to ensure packaging meets Amazon's standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning technology
