Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using warehouse equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per safety standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk for 8-10 hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
