Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Receive, sort, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and organizing stock in designated zones.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a secure environment for yourself and your team.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily performance goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and sorting items.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid identification and work authorization documents.
