Responsibilities
- Operate Amazon-provided equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for equipment and material handling
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with provided ergonomic support
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Flexibility to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature-controlled zones)
- Valid government-issued ID for equipment operation training
- Commitment to safety-first culture with provided PPE
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
