Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) to move products safely
- Scan, sort, and pack orders according to Amazon's quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per safety protocols
- Meet productivity targets while adhering to ergonomic guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment issues immediately to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required – equipment training provided
- Pass background check and drug screening
