Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to transport materials
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Process shipping/receiving documentation with precision
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Certified forklift operator license required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience preferred
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
