Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by Amazon
- Sort, scan, and pack products with precision using company-provided tools
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using digital systems and handheld devices
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits using Amazon technology
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid government-issued photo ID
