- Safely operate warehouse equipment (provided) including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Accurately scan, sort, and package customer orders to meet daily targets
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
