Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided by Amazon) including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Assist in receiving and unloading shipments using provided machinery
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and inventory tracking
- Valid state-issued ID or work authorization documents
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with provided lifting equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
