Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with precision
- Maintain organized inventory records in WMS systems
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment while ensuring quality control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts (early morning/late evening)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
