Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack orders with precision using Amazon-provided scanners and packing stations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors) after comprehensive training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize Amazon's proprietary technology systems for order processing
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Basic math and communication skills
- No warehouse experience required – Amazon provides full equipment training
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
