Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and sorting systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years of age
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
