Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from vehicles, pallets, and racks.
- Use handheld scanners and automated systems to process orders accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Ensure the fulfillment area is clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a team-oriented environment.
