Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting processes
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse setting
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
