Responsibilities
- Package Handling: Sort, scan, and prepare packages for delivery with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced fulfillment center.
