Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory in barcode-assisted locations
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
