Responsibilities
- Operate powered equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory efficiently.
- Use handheld scanners to pick, pack, and ship products accurately to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast-paced workflows.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and uniform requirements.
- Perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 49 lbs, standing for extended periods, and walking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
