Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and inspect incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all Amazon safety policies, operational procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
