Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Scan barcodes and operate handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment in a timely manner.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 49 lbs (22 kg) frequently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions (if working in fulfillment centers).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate scanning equipment and handheld devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
