Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload materials with zero-damage accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Manage inventory counts using RF scanners and maintain digital warehouse records
- Train junior operators on OSHA compliance and equipment best practices
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of certified forklift operation experience (valid OSHA certification required)
