Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform inventory checks and manage stock rotation as required.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all outgoing packages.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled warehouses.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
