Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Operate material handling equipment, including handheld scanners and pallet jacks, safely.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic English reading and writing comprehension skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions when accessing the loading dock.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
