Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (certification provided) following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S principles
- Support inventory control through cycle counting and data entry
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-paid certification)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
