As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We provide on-the-job training and a supportive environment for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and peers to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in varying temperatures and flexible to work overtime or rotating shifts.
