Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, schedule, and manage 15+ team members to meet productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software and lean principles
- Conduct regular audits and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- High school diploma; degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
