Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area by adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory and ensuring proper placement.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and inventory verification.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
