Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for shipment with accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 49 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
