Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package customer orders using provided scanners and conveyors
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) for inventory movement
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling products and machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order processing
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility (public transit accessible)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
