Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise 15+ warehouse staff to ensure peak productivity and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS management
- Implement OSHA standards and develop robust safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain dock efficiency
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with team-building expertise
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proven experience in lean methodologies and process optimization
- Remote work experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
