Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and turrets, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect and verify incoming inventory against packing lists to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and productivity goals.
- Handle returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions (loading docks).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
