Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated cold storage areas.
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and GHS labeling requirements.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in cold environments (34°F or below).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
