Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Scan and sort inventory according to Amazon's strict protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to the 3000 Amazon Way facility
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Willingness to work various shifts including nights and weekends
