Responsibilities
- Manage and track high-value inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems safely and efficiently
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading of freight
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation
- Train junior staff on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
