Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Sort, scan, and package customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize inventory placement using handheld scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid state driver's license for equipment operation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
