Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient overnight workflow
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or forklift certification preferred
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy
