Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort packages using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Meet daily productivity targets in a time-sensitive environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled areas available)
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville facility
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
