Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) after completing paid training
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with accuracy
- Manage inventory levels and participate in cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety policies and Amazon's high standards
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required - PAID training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation to the Laredo facility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
