Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, sort, and package customer orders according to Amazon's quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanners with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones using systematic stocking methods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report workplace hazards immediately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Support peak season operations during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
