Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment using provided packaging equipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while handling materials
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
