Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently package, sort, and ship customer orders according to Amazon's quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyors after completing training
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Complete all required training modules to develop operational expertise
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of legal work authorization
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to complete paid training program (typically 2-4 weeks)
