Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts with 99%+ accuracy
- Maintain organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity KPIs
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid state ID for background clearance
- Availability for overnight/weekend shifts during peak seasons
