Responsibilities
- Unload, palletize, and organize frozen/refrigerated products using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in WMS systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and safety protocols in -10°F to 0°F environments
- Inspect products for quality compliance before storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
- Participate in monthly sanitation and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures with proper PPE
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
