Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages accurately and efficiently to meet daily performance targets.
- Sort, organize, and prepare items for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyer systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure order fulfillment deadlines are met.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve efficiency and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for long periods (up to 10+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (e.g., refrigerated areas or outdoor loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
