Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners
- Meet/exceed productivity targets during shifts
- Collaborate with team for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
