Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately pick inventory from shelves, pack items securely in boxes, and prepare them for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure the warehouse remains organized and efficient.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and resolve any quality issues before they reach the customer.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily performance targets and operational goals.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logging tasks using handheld devices.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
